Mr. Stankiewicz is a veteran digital media manager, platform evangelist and strategic accounts director with over 15 years experience in digital media and associated technologies. Mr. Stankiewicz was Director, Strategic Accounts & Editorial Services for the NewsLook digital video platform, co-creating patented media syndication and curation technologies and creating strategic partnerships and collaborations with top tier global media companies that include Gannett and Hearst and Canadian Press growing that market by more than 200% and network video views by more than 400%. Mr. Stankiewicz specialized in strategic planning with the CTO and Product Team in order to innovate such new technology offerings as a consumer-facing video consumption interface, iOS personalized video news app, patent-pending video metadata extraction & syndication platform, patent-pending NITF video feed, and patent-pending SmartImage video syndication feed.

Mr. Stankiewicz was a Combat Correspondent, Public Affairs Liasion(II MEF) in the United States Marine Corps where he oversaw daily analysis of U.S., Arab-language, and international media coverage of Iraq’s Al Anbar province, providing daily media briefs to II MEF command staff. He embedded with U.S. and Iraqi military units to provide internal photographic, video and radio media coverage highlighting coalition force activities and contributions. Mr. Stankiewicz also tenured as Media Manager (Radio & Television) for the Armed Forces Network (AFN) at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, where he produced hundreds of video packages (ranging from hard news and feature-length information programs to spot advertisements), broadcast hundreds of live television broadcasts as both news anchor and producer, broadcast thousands of hours of live radio broadcasts in the Hiroshima metropolitan area, and created and executed a survey system for the military to gauge audience satisfaction that led to program changes resulting in a documented increase in audience satisfaction of more than 600%. He also provided live media support for ongoing rescue and recovery operations as a member of US forces responding to the 2005 Leyte Island Landslide, Philippines. Mr. Stankiewicz attended UMASS Amherst for Anthopology and the Defense Information School (DINFOS) for Broadcast Journalism.
